Terms

  1. Month-to-Month. Renewed monthly until terminated by either party.
  2. Use. Residential laundry only; follow manufacturer guidance.
  3. Hookups. Customer provides safe, code-compliant hookups (water, drain, power, vent; LP supply for gas dryers).
  4. Maintenance. We cover normal wear. Report issues promptly. Do not self-repair beyond basic checks.
  5. Damage. Misuse, flooding from tenant plumbing/valves, pests, or unapproved moves may incur charges.
  6. Access. Customer allows access for service and pickup with reasonable notice.
  7. Payments. Due monthly in advance. Late fee after 10 days.
  8. Title. Equipment remains property of Kulea Appliance Rentals.
  9. Termination. Provide notice to schedule pickup; fees continue until pickup is completed.
  10. Liability Limit. Our liability is limited to direct damages up to three months of rent for the affected unit.
  11. Governing Law. Hawaiʻi; venue Kauaʻi County.
